Back view; second sideThe required device is solved as a single-purpose, tailor-made solution using existing printing components. The basic printing element is three printing modules divided into the white background, color printing CMYK, and overprint varnish. The machine es equipped with print heads Konica Minolta KM1024MHB in a total of 14 pieces.

The printing process is UV-UV ink, which shows adhesion to a wide range of materials as well as easy maintenance of the printheads and thus easy maintenance of the whole machine. The ink is applied in colors CMYK + White and Varnish.
The curing of each color will be provided by 6 pieces of AX LED UV units fitted with 3 pieces of LED modules. UV LED units are fully electrically adjustable.
After curing, the UV ink is immediately abrasion resistant and the printed workpiece can be further processed immediately.

The maximum material width is 1500mm. Labels are printed by passing over the material to print the required number of labels after 2 bidirectional passes. Cutting of labels takes place on a plotter that is installed after the printing machine.

The printing speed is the 30s per pass (one passage is up to 7pcs of labels). The annual production capacity is 4.400.000 to 5.600.000 labels.
